Here Is a Simple Way to Modify Your Hard Disk Partition After Installing OS.. All Know The Partition Can Be Formatted But Many Don’t Know That The Partition Can Also Be Modified After Installing OS
Remember : Don’t Try With The Partition Where The OS is Installed!!
BEFORE STARTING MAKE ALL THE NECESSARY BACKUP TO AVOID LOSS OF IMPORTANT FILES
Goto Start  All Programs – Administrative Tools - Click Computer Management.
In Computer Management  – Storage – Disk Management..
In The Above Snap You Can See Disk Which is HDD And Has Four Partition
EX : If I Want To Modify FÂ in to two (116GB TO 58GB + 58GB ) (Extra One Partition)
This Can Be Done in Two Steps
Method 1
Delete The Partition Which is to be Modified..
You can now see Unallocated Size.. Right Click on unallocated select New Simple Volume And Select the Size you Need.
Ex.. 116GB is Unallocated Size.. If Are Allocating 58GB As one Partition.. Remaining 58GB Will be in unallocated state and you can create another partition in that
Remember Format The Newly Created Partition..
Method 2
Right Click on the Partition to modify And Select Shrink Volume Select The Size To Shrink and Click Shrink..
Now You Can make New Partition With The Unallocated Space!..
Remember Format The Newly Created Partition..
