I use 2 phones and lots of accessories. Every accessory comes with its own charger. Most of the time my iPhone charger is plugged into the wall outlet, like wise I have another stranded USB charger for my other devices. Belkin Conserve Valet is made of hard plastic and light weight. We can keep minimum 2 phone on the top of the unit at the time of charging. The Belkin conserve valet has 4 x 500 mA USB ports, which means we can charge upto 4 devices simultaneously. Out of the box one micro and mini USB cables are included, we can aslo use our own USB cables and the cord management system helps to keep things neat.
Belkin Conserve Valet has a dedicated switch and monitoring system. Once the device is powered on the device automatically shuts off after 4 hours, this gives enough time for the devices to fully charge. During this time if any new device is added, conserve valet resets the time. Belkin conserve valet is smart enough to shut itself if the there is no device connected to the unit.

Since the output voltage of the USB ports are limited to 500 mA charging the device like iPad is not possible.
Verdict :
Belkin Conserve Valet is connected to the wall outlet. The power supply adapter is included in the box with has 3 AMP replaceable fuse to protect the device. I really like this device on my desk to charge my gadgets. Do you have multiple device like me ? looking for some best mobile phone charger ? I think you must try Belkin Conserve Valet. For $40 its definitely value for money.
