Camera Mic is an app for iPhone and iPod Touch which lets you to use your phones microphone or the headset mic to take snaps from your iOS device. This app works almost  like the stranded camera application. You can take the snaps by tapping or swiping the microphone in the device or in the extended headset. Since this app uses microphone you can even use words or any sounds to take snaps. There is a strength meter in the app to adjust the sensitive of the microphone to take snaps. You can also share the snaps on Facebook, twitter.
