Guide for file backup
Installation:
It installs very quickly and does not require configuration. When you run the software it will be shown like this
Start backup
You just need to select the option to “Create New Backupâ€, and a screen will pop up showing four types of backups that you may want to create. They are: File backup, Disk backup, partition backup, and system backup. You have to select the type of backup that you want to create.
Here, I want to show how to use File backup. Once selected, you will be taken to the screen like this
Just type the name of your task like “my file backup†and proceed further. Go to step 1 and click Add File or Add Folder and choose the file or folder you wish to backup. Then they will be added to the list as shown in the image below:
Tips: You can select multiple folders and files for backup
Step 2, you need to choose the desired the destination path for the backup of file, like here partition D is chosen for the same. Then select the option “Start Backup†to begin the backup process.
Completion of backup:
The backup process will go on to complete for a few seconds and at the time of completion, it shows 100% status, which means that the backup has been done successfully. Click on “Finish†to complete the process.
After you finish the backup, you will see the status of your backup regarding its date and time.
